Corey Don Roberts has been the Regional Healthcare Preparedness Coordinator for the Triad region since 2014. He has a Bachelor of Science in Emergency and Disaster Management from Western Carolina University and is a certified North Carolina Associate Emergency Manager. Corey has 20 years of public safety background coming from the fire and rescue department, emergency medical service and county emergency management. As the regional planner he assists the regional healthcare infrastructure with emergency operations plans, exercises and strategic long range planning to ensure the resiliency of the local community, region and state.
Karlee McQuillen has served as operations coordinator for Triad Healthcare Preparedness region since 2017. She is a Penn State University graduate with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Health Policy and Administration and a Master’s of Professional Studies Degree in Public Health Preparedness. As operations coordinator, her roles include operational response planning, coordination of resource allocation and regional resource requests, development of multi-year training and exercise schedule and maintaining operational procedures and guidelines.
Jerry Tysinger has served as the Logistics Coordinator for the Triad RAC/ DPC for 8 years. He has an extensive background in public safety. Jerry has been a member of the Welcome Fire Department since he turned 16 years of age and has worked for Davidson County EMS as part time or full time for 21 years. As the regional logistics coordinator jerry ensures proper operation of equipment and assets for the region and maintains a fleet of vehicles and equipment that stand ready to respond to any emergency. Jerry is a CDL-A OTR tractor trailer driver and is called upon quite often to assist the region and the state with resource relocation.
Ashley McDaniel joined THPC as the financial coordinator in January of 2019. Prior to joining the team she has been, and continues to be, a critical member of the public safety community. Ashley has been a member of the Jerusalem Volunteer Fire Department for 13 years and served as a paramedic for 9 years. During her EMS career, she has served for 5 years full-time at Davie County EMS and 6 years part-time at Yadkin County EMS. Her finance coordinator responsibilities will include grant management, analyze and report on financial data, verify and prepare transaction information and create and process invoices, accounts, and payments. She will graduate with an Associates Degree in Office Administration in December 2019.
Caroline Lisenby joined the Triad Healthcare Preparedness Coalition as an administrative assistant in December 2018. She brings extensive volunteer experience to the team, having donated her much of her time during Hurricane Harvey in Houston, Texas for community disaster response. As administrative assistant she provides support to full time staff, assisting in daily office needs and manages general administrative activities.
