To Join

Joining is a very simple process.  To begin, fill out a Triad SMAT II 500 Application Packet and email it to Karlee McQuillen at kmcquill@wakehealth.edu.

Then, go to www.servnc.org to create an account.  ServNC is the volunteer database used across the state to verify credentials and to roster teams for specific missions or deployments.  We use ServNC to send out mass notifications of upcoming events and trainings, so it is important to maintain current contact information in the system.

After entering your information and credentials, it will ask you to affiliate yourself with a team.  Select the Triad Regional Advisory Committee SMAT II Team.  Once your profile is 100% complete, we will get notified to add you to the roster.  You should then begin receiving messages and announcements.

Our warehouse and training center is at 315 Bethel Church Rd in Mocksville and is where the majority of our meetings and trainings are held.  We meet on the first Thursday of every other month from 7PM to 10PM.  Our meetings are held in February, April, June, August, October, and December.
